Developer H&H Development The trade report on the launch states that Dubai-based developer H&H unveiled Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre lifestyle destination along the Jumeirah coastline, and that H&H will develop the waterfront project. Rosewood's own announcement of its Dubai debut describes H&H as the Dubai-based developer spearheading the destination's delivery, and a March 2026 construction report records H&H reporting progress on the masterplan infrastructure, for which DBB Contracting is the main contractor.
