Developer Grupo Bosque Real The community's own site presents Grupo Bosque Real as the developer behind Bosque Real as a whole — residences, residential lots and offices. Trade press attributes the founding of Bosque Real to three businessmen, Carlos Peralta, Gaspar Rivera Torres and Pablo Funtanet, and names no company for it. -
Building manager not found The Reglamento Interior published in Huixquilucan's municipal gazette on 16 June 2022 provides for one Administrador General covering the Bosque Real, BR and Reserva Bosque Real conjuntos urbanos, designated by the Promotor General, and names no company in that role. The community's own site and the trade-press profiles of the development name no estate administrator, community association or collector of service charges.

Holds title to Banco Azteca Article 8 of the Reglamento Interior states that the trustee owner of the servient lands — the general-use areas and private roads of the conjunto urbano — is Banco Azteca, as fiduciary of trust F/1127, excepting walls, fences and slopes in other ownership. Conjunto Urbano Cima del Bosque, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is that trust's Fideicomitente 'C' and Fideicomisario 'C' and holds the conjunto urbano authorization. The holding is stated as at 16 June 2022 and covers the common lands, not the sold parcels.
