Building manager not found No opened page names an estate manager, a community association or an entity collecting service charges for the 5.5-acre scheme. The scheme's delivery page lists Native Land as development manager for the joint venture, which is a role in building the scheme rather than in running the estate; the first residential building is not yet occupied.

Whether Bankside is held with the City of London or heads a separate south-bank market.
- Bankside is held with the City of LondonThe Bankside Yards site stands on the south bank at Blackfriars, about 250 m across the river from the City boundary and a short walk from it, and the market runs along the river through the City from Tower Hill to Blackfriars with the south bank opposite.source ↗
- Bankside heads a separate south-bank marketThe site is in SE1 in the London Borough of Southwark, not in the City of London, and the brand's own release places the hotel and residences on London's South Bank rather than in the Square Mile.source ↗
