Developer IMKAN Properties The cost and contract consultant appointed on the AlJurf master plan in 2018 records IMKAN as the plan's developer and client, across a six-phase scheme on the coastline between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. IMKAN's own release describes AlJurf Gardens as a community within the 370-hectare AlJurf masterplan. -
Building manager not found No opened page names a company administering the AlJurf estate, operating its community association or collecting its service charges. IMKAN's AlJurf pages and releases describe the destination and its phases without naming an estate manager, and the brokerage guides quote a per-square-foot service charge for villas at AlJurf Gardens without naming who levies it.
